The Tackling Anxiety Together course shows that both those things are not true.
I love that the content is so diverse and holistic. You gain a huge amount of understanding about what’s going on in your body, emotions, mind. You hear from GPs, therapists, and nutrition and exercise experts. But more than that you get tangible help which enables you to start taking baby steps towards relief from anxiety, and dare I say it, even replacing it with joy!
But the best thing about the course is the people. Everyone who helps with the course has personal experience with anxiety. So there’s a huge amount of understanding, but also so many wonderful stories of how people gained freedom from the oppression anxiety had over their lives. “
