About Us
What We Do
Tacking Anxiety Together is a course looking at ways of dealing with anxiety and worry, with a core ethos of friends helping friends.
Many of us can feel isolated by this problem so by coming together to hear tips, stories, strategies and receive support it can go a long way in helping us to move forward.
We are not health care professionals, nor aim to be, but we are here to offer hope through our own experiences. The course is founded on the Christian faith and expanding on the wisdom from that.
Meet Jules
Creator & Founder
Jules is the founder and creator of Tackling Anxiety Together. The course was developed out of her own experience of anxiety and her journey towards wellness.
She is married to Ben and has three children and a large dog. She lives just outside of Brighton and is a member of St Peter’s church. Her hope and vision is that Tackling Anxiety Together will offer encouragement for those who feel trapped by the weight of worry.
Meet Carrie
Head of Youth
Carrie heads up Tackling Anxiety Together (Youth). She has worked with young people for most of her adult life in Bristol, London and Brighton (with a stint as a stay-at-home mum thrown in there). She has been on her own journey with anxiety throughout her life which has given her an empathy for those who are also struggling. She has turned this into a passion for seeing young people become free from worry and live up to their full potential.
Carrie lives in Brighton and is married to Tim and has three kids and two dogs.
