The Tackling Anxiety course helped me to stop being in denial and to realise that indeed I was experiencing anxiety and that there was no shame in admitting that or seeking help and support. The course also helped me to realise that I was not alone in my experiences.

The course helped me with practical ways in which I could manage anxiety. I now feel more peaceful and I am learning more to seek the support of others and also think of ways I can help others. 

The course and people I met on the course have been a blessing.
