How It Works
6 Weekly Sessions
This is a six session course aimed at people who are struggling with anxiety, worry or negative thought patterns. (For people 18 years old and above).
What’s involved?
The course provides teaching, stories, and the opportunity to discuss ways of overcoming anxiety, build courage, and promote good self-esteem.
Course Content
The programme covers subjects such as understanding what anxiety is, challenging negative behaviours and thought patterns, self-care, and how the Christian faith and wisdom from the Bible can give us a good foundation for well-being.
