How It Works

Tackling Anxiety Together Youth is a 6 session course specifically designed for young people (12 -18 year olds) who are struggling with anxiety, worry or negative thoughts.

How it works

The T.A.T youth course is a six week course hosted either in schools or community groups and looks at different subjects each week, giving practical techniques in how to manage anxious feelings.

What to expect

The course creates an opportunity to meet other young people who are also struggling with anxiety and combines learning with fun activities in order to create a space for conversation and friendship.
